Surender Reddy – PK Project Moved To Ravi Teja?
Filmmaker Surender Reddy was among those who secured a collaboration promise from Pawan Kalyan. Their joint project was announced a long time ago, but it has seen no progress since. When Pawan Kalyan actively returned to shooting for films like “OG” and “Ustaad,” many observers believed the film with Surender Reddy would finally move forward. However, current information suggests a significant change in these plans.
Interestingly, Surender Reddy is now reportedly planning a movie with Ravi Teja. The word circulating in the film industry is that the same story originally intended for Pawan Kalyan will now be developed into a feature film starring Ravi Teja. We hear that Vakkantham Vamshi has provided the screenplay, potentially reuniting this creative trio after their successful collaboration on “Kick.”
Despite these developments, some suspense lingers about the specific story Surender Reddy aims to direct with Ravi Teja. There is no definite clarity on whether it is indeed the original script or an entirely different one. After “Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy” and “Agent” both underperformed at the box office, Surender Reddy is in need of a strong commercial success to make a definite comeback.
The movie collaboration between Surender Reddy and Pawan Kalyan was initially announced several years back. It ultimately did not materialize due to Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments at the time. Producer Ram Talluri had also previously stepped forward, offering to gather the necessary resources for that particular project.
