Ace director Trivikram Srinivas had not given any special interviews since the release of his film Guntur Kaaram, which left many fans disappointed.

However, for the 25th anniversary re-release of the movie Nuvvu Naaku Nachav, which returns to theaters on January 1st, he spoke extensively with producer Sravanthi Ravikishore in a special conversation.

A key part of their discussion involved Trivikram’s storytelling approach, which Sravanthi Ravi Kishore described as visual. They also talked about casting Prakash Raj as the heroine’s father, noting that 22 scenes were written, which helped confirm him for the role.

Trivikram shared how deeply he was involved in the K. Vijaya Bhaskar-directed film, from writing dialogues and being present on sets to dubbing sessions and even the New Zealand filming schedule.

The interview also paid respect to lyricist Sirivennela, whose words for Nuvvu Naaku Nachhav’s songs remain timeless. They discussed how the song ‘O Navvu Chalu’ was created under pressure and became something special, and how Sirivennela always delivered complete work.

Above all, Trivikram gave full credit to Victory Venkatesh, calling him the heart of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav.

“Some films give money, some give fame, but very few give respect,” Trivikram stated as he wrapped up the chat, providing many enjoyable facts and interesting details about the movie.

These insights offer a closer look at the making of a beloved classic.
