For the first time in Telugu cinema history, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Victory Venkatesh are collaborating on the family entertainer, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. Anil Ravipudi directs this film, which is almost finished shooting. Venkatesh recently completed his scenes, and Chiranjeevi offered a warm, personal farewell to his long-standing friend.
Venkatesh shared his thoughts on X, stating, “My part for #ManaShankaraVaraPrasadGaru is done today, and it was an amazing journey! Working with my favorite @KChiruTweets brought immense happiness, and I have many cherished memories from this movie.” He added, “Sharing the screen with ‘Megastar Chiranjeevi’ was long overdue, and I am so pleased @AnilRavipudi finally united us for this special project. We eagerly await celebrating Sankranthi 2026 with everyone in theaters!”
Chiranjeevi replied to Venkatesh, saying, “My dear Venky, my brother. A sincere thank you for our wonderful ten days of work together.” He expressed that Venkatesh’s presence brought much joy and energy, adding a unique touch to Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, and he enjoyed every moment.
Director Anil Ravipudi also spoke about his excitement. He mentioned that some aspirations stay in one’s heart for years, and then cinema offers a moment like this. Seeing Megastar @KChiruTweets Garu and Victory @VenkyMama Garu together—dancing, laughing, and showing their signature charm—was a moving experience he could not fully describe.
Ravipudi called this one of the greatest honors of his career, humbly thanking Venky Sir for making it happen and finishing his portion for #ManaShankaraVaraPrasadGaru. Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is among the most anticipated films slated for Sankranthi 2026. Its initial song, Meesala Pilla, has already become a significant hit.
