Speaking at the annual day celebrations in Gandipet, near Hyderabad, CBN mentioned the institution began by helping children impacted by factional politics in Rayalaseema. He noted its growth “from a small sapling into a large tree,” now assisting students from various districts throughout Andhra Pradesh, covering Rayalaseema and the entire state.
Babu clarified that the institution’s path aligns with the ideological origins of the Telugu Desam Party and NTR’s vision. He stated, “TDP politics has consistently looked beyond elections. It focuses on establishing systems, evident in our organized party structures, which extend to education, health, and social welfare, designed to endure for generations.”
Naidu specifically commended Nara Bhuvaneshwari, attributing the institution’s discipline, transparency, and continuous expansion to her leadership. He remarked, “The student body grew from 131 to over 1,600 today. This occurred due to her dedication and the principles she championed,” concluding that she deserves full recognition.
Remembering when the location served as a TDP training center, Naidu explained that the campus’s change represents the party’s shift from a political movement to an organization centered on governance. He observed, “This is where leaders were once trained, and now future administrators receive their education.”
During the event, Bhuvaneshwari stated that the NTR Trust upholds NTR’s conviction that serving the public constitutes genuine politics. She cited programs such as free education for orphans, NTR Sanjeevani Clinics, the Civil Services Academy, Stree Shakti for women’s employment, and NTR Sujala drinking water as examples of compassionate governance.
